Would you split this up, leave it, or plant it as is?

I picked this up cheap in January, it was a winter pot with a fern, skimmia, ivy, a pansy (RIP) and the other stuff begins with G, the plant with berries that smell like deep heat.

I’d like it to keep growing, it’s in a place that gets morning sun only at the moment. What’s next?
