Would love some ideas! 🫶🏻

Morning 🌞 would love some ideas for front yard garden bed. I have 3 x 3 foot standard Just Joey (peachy) roses. Am thinking a hardy low ‘hedge’ but colour/floral type plant (not boxy) along the front approx 50-70cm. Maybe mini agapanthus or dwarf lavender? Sunny position. Love colour. Looking at also planting lambs ears, nepeta and salvia. Thanks 🫶🏻
