Woken toad from hibernation! Help! What do I need to do?

Was cleaning the veggie patch and this big guy emerged when pulling the tomatoes out! Please help. What do I need to do? I’ve wedged a few pots into the soil and added twigs to provide cover. Anything else I can do?
