Why are my hydrangeas browning?

I’ve bought 2 of these hydrangeas from Sam’s club and returned the first ones I got (they were discontinued because it was already browning when I brought it home). These hydrangeas are new ones and were beautiful when I brought them home and after a two weeks they are browning and I can’t seem to figure out why? I water them every morning and make sure they get the morning shady sunlight needed are they salvageable ? Also these are my first plants.
