What’s going on with my chillies?

Hi all,

I am trying a few different types of chillies this year and one of two seem to be having issues. Please see the pics, the leaves seem to be stunted/warped in some way and any new growth seems to fail. Plants are all getting plenty of water, food and sunshine. Located in SEQ. Thanks in advance!
