What is this weed and how do I kill it, please?

First time seeing this pop up. Which is weird, as it’s the first year I’ve not had bindii (caltrop) popping up everywhere. I sprayed a different patch with round up nearly 2 weeks ago and it didn’t seem to have much effect.
