What are these plants ? Are they my easy to relocate? – Reddit Post

Hello! I’m doing my very first redo of this rock wall pictured and I would like to plant pretty flowers with my children. What are the large bush like plants here? They seem to be two different plants. They are very pretty but very large and I was able to clear half of the garden. I was thinking of moving one or two to another area of the yard so I have more space for more color in the garden. Will these bloom into something? I’m very much a beginner and have trying to do a little bit every day (including leveling out and shoveling out the mounds of sand that’s in front of the rock wall from where a pool previously was). Any tips are appreciated.
