Weird growth

Hello! I’m just getting into gardening and trying to grow some food from seed. I have some Roma tomato seedlings coming along but have noticed these weird little things pop up, I don’t even know how to describe them. Could some ID this and let me know if it’s normal and if not, how to get rid of it.
