Veg garden companion recommendations

Hi all, I just got my veggie planters set up. I have two long ones and one short one. I really like the idea of companion planting to try and get the healthiest crops but I’m not sure what goes best with what in our climate. Im in Adelaide. I’m thinking strawberries and asparagus in the small one and in the larger ones I’d like tomatoes, carrots and really anything that grows well What would you all recommend? I’ve never had a veggie garden before
