Tomato plants aren’t flowering or fruiting – what am I doing wrong?

Whitsundays area of Qld (tropical.) I grew these tomatoes plants from seed, starting in February , and have transplanted them twice now, so they’re fairly well established. I give them a big drink of water every once or twice a week, move their pots around to chase the sun, and gave them a big feed of potash in their last drink . But they seem to only now be sending out flowers now . Am I doing anything wrong or is it just a waiting game ?
