This patch of area, want to fill it with very easy to grow flowers for bees

Hi!

I live in a block of flats and theres is patch of area where maintenance office mow the grass every 2 months, otherwise it receives no love at all. It’s east facing so in the morning sun is blocked by the trees and in the afternoon sun is blocked by the flat building, there’s not much sunlight reaching it.

I want to grow some flowers on it, and below are some requirements:– 1: very low maintenance, best is i can just scatter the seeds and it’ll grow without any need of care. 2: Good for local bees (main purpose) 3: grows fast so it wont be mowed away by maintenance before it starts to grow 4: colorful 5: Bonus: cheap to buy plants/ seeds
