Sunset flowing plants for my woodland border

I’ve got this little woodland border which in spring looks lovely with daffs, primroses etc, but after that it just looks green. What can I plant that will flower in summer and can just live with all this? I don’t dig up my bulbs or primroses. I’d rather something that will just pop up each summer and look fabulous and easy 😂 (i like low maintenance as I have a fair bit too garden) already have a couple of self seeded Aquilegia. TIA 💐
