I have 85 roses, which is arguably insane, and two years ago I had just finished cancer treatment and I wasn’t really able do much until this past November. This winter I went out every morning and pruned three or four roses and did a big winter cleanup. Focusing on what my garden needed really helped me heal. She has come back and her first flush is a real Brigerton moment. I truly have a lot to be grateful for this Spring. Aptos (Santa Cruz, CA) zone 9b.
