Software for garden planning?

Does anyone have any suggestions for software that can help me experiment with my garden layout? I’ve used Blender and SketchUp for interior work, but im sure there must be something that allows me to pick up and drop elements without spending hours modeling different assets.

Freeware or CC would obviously be ideal but I’m happy to pay four something off it’s really good (and sensible for a home user).
