Sir Walter Buffalo Grass – Perth

I’ve been reading the comments and have tried most them. We have dog rocks and have been watering the wee area for a good couple weeks now with no improvement. We have also found army worm and put the worm killer stuff over the lawn a few months ago. But it doesn’t seem to be getting any healthier. Any ideas?
