Show me your best cat preventatives!

Cats keep using my bloody raised beds as litter boxes, half my seeds have been turfed out at this point! I’ve been watering every day to keep the soil moist as I know they don’t like to dig in wet earth but it doesn’t seem fool proof. What does everyone else do to keep their beds protected!? Pictures and the associated costs would be amazing if you can!
