Should I remove the silver falls?

Morning all,

About a year ago I planted a row of miss muffet to create an informal hedge. Since then, the silver falls has moved in. I love the look of the silver falls but I wonder if it’s detrimental to the miss muffet?

I’ve left it for the time being. My uneducated reasoning is that perhaps they share different root zones so won’t bother each other.
