Should I be worried?

I have a huge bunch of mushrooms growing in my garden bed underneath my hedges. I kinda ignored it at first but now I’m worried it’s too much? I’m also scared to dig them up because apparently mushroom spores spread like wildfire and I could just make the situation worse….and advice welcome.
