Should I be concerned about this sag?

I have a Water Gum in my front yard, it has grown significantly since planting 18 months ago.

It looks really healthy but lately whenever it rains it seems to sag over with the weight of the water on the leaves.

It sits pretty straight when dry.

Should I be concerned it will get damaged from this sag?

Do I need to support the branches somehow until they thicken up or will it be fine leaving it as is?
