Serrano and jalapeño peppers – Reddit Post

This is my second year with these pepper plants. They’re very established and I’ve now got a second full little tree of peppers! When do I pick them? I want them to be spicy so I can use them in salsa. Also my jalapeños seem small and some have black on them. Any advice? TIA
