Plant suggestions – Reddit Post

Hello all!

I am trying to add some plants next to the border of my porch. (See pictured) – the area is pretty sparce due to late afternoon sun and the direct runoff from my slanted porch. This photo was taken at just before noon so shade loving plants are a must.

I am a complete novice and appreciate any suggestions. Zone 7 and native suggestions are a huge plus!
