Passion Flower – Reddit Post

I have this passion flower vine in my yard and I am looking for ways I can cook with the bulbs they produce after bloom. If anyone had any suggestions or knows what to do with them let me know. I’m also curious if anyone knows if people would buy them at a farmers market.
