newbie garden help!

Looking for budget friendly ideas to transform this garden into a lovely child friendly space! First time homeowner and very good at not keeping plants alive!

Hoping to add a play area at the back with wood chips on the ground. Right side is nearly always shaded (SW facing garden).

Shed is going to be moved to the right hand side of the patio and will add some garden furniture where the shed is.

Any help appreciated!
