New to Gardening – Need Advice on My Raised Planter

Hey everyone, I’m very new to gardening and recently set up a raised planter. I think I may have made a mistake by sowing seeds directly instead of starting them as seedlings first.

For my radishes, I also realized I sowed too many seeds in one hole, and now the seedlings have sprouted. Should I leave them as they are, or would it be better to dig them up and space them out individually?

Additionally, I’ve noticed that my bean leaves are turning yellow. I’ve been watering whenever the soil feels dry, and the planter gets good sunlight until the afternoon. Could this be a watering issue, or is there something else I should be looking into?
