New build front garden 🪴

Hi!

After some advice for our new build front garden. As you can see the grass just has never taken! Our back garden looks great, but the front is just gross!

North East Facing mixture of evergreen & Perennial (but more evergreen I think!) Want to avoid anything that gets too big as to not cover the window more of a shrubbery with different textures and heights however, did contemplate a climbing rose near the window we need to trim the border, and will be adding the same bush in to border our neighbours (if anyone knows this bush’s name too?)

So, I’m after some suggestions for good shrubs to get planting after we dig the turf up! 🙂
