My screenmaster is dying ):

One of my screenmasters is dying over the last month or so (we suspect this maybe root rot and nothing seem to work) – please enlighten me if there’s still a mere chance to save it – they are at least 8 years old. And If it dies would the two bordering screenmasters will close in?
