My first year of planting!

This is our first garden in our first home so I didn’t have a clue what to do with it when we moved in. Ended up creating a border all the way round with plenty of help from family, before adding in a load of plants last November and hoping for the best!

They’ve suddenly come to life in the last 5-6 weeks and I’m absolutely loving seeing the change and colours. We also have SO many bees and hoverflies now which is lovely. I’m sure I could have done things “better” and there’s still plenty to do, but I’ve been loving the process so far!

Also, is it normal to do laps of the garden each day to see what’s going on and check on my plant babies??
