My 7 year old orchid named Isla – Reddit Post

Hello everyone! I posted this in an orchid sub earlier today but no response on my question so I thought I’d try here and see if anyone knows!

This is my girl Isla, she turned 7 this year and has been on this palm tree in my yard almost her whole life (I rescued her from the trash). Photo #2 is her first flower this year on Feb 8th, photo #3 Feb 14th, photo #1&4 yesterday. Can anyone tell me what the black spots on her flowers are? I’m not a pro when it comes to orchids, she just really liked this tree and has thrived in my yard!
