Mealybugs on one seedling – Am I Doomed?

Came home from a work event today to find a ton of mealybugs on one of my rosemary seedlings! They definitively were not there when I water them last night. I’m positive because we’ve had a bit of a flying ant problem in out bathroom (suddenly occurred 3 days ago; the entry point has been caulked and pest control is coming on Monday), so even though the ants haven’t really been near the plants, I checked them all and watered them all with a neem oil solution to be extra safe. That was literally less than 24 hours ago.

Now here is where I may have messed up. I was in a hurry and cut up store-bought tomatoes on the table in front of my plants early this morning to make a dish for the work event. And rushed out without washing the table.

The pepper plants on the right have also been outside on my balcony for about an hour or so at a time a couple days out of the last week (on days I work from home), getting them used to outside.

But absolutely no other plant shows signs of mealybugs at this point. (I’ve used a magnifying class to check. I understand I’m actively at war)

My game plan is to wash EVERYTHING, including the lights and bottom of the cups with dish soap. And then spread out the plants as much as I possibly can in my small apartment, and then just keep watching to check?)

Honestly, it’s just crazy to me how fast they showed up on this rosemary! All over the label marker and everything! Part of me is thinking maybe I forgot to water that single rosemary with the neem oil so any mealybugs the tomatoes or the ants might have brought it only went to that one? IDK.

What should I do?? Are they all doomed?
