Looking for 2 storey screening suggestions

My neighbour decided to build an extension with a second storey balcony that overlooks my yard instead of their own so I’d like to screen it out with some shrubs/trees. They took out my previous shrubs during the demo/temp fencing so it’s just a strip of dirt and weeds right now.

The other side of my yard is screened with a variety of ornamental pear (not sure which, they were mature already when we bought the place) which I love, but they drop their leaves to I wouldn’t be fully screened all year around.

I have a few pittosporum also which are basically unpruned. They seem to be the right height to screen.

Any suggestions aside from pittosporum for screening 4-5m height?
