Lime tree help

Is this root stock growing, not lime?

I bought myself a lime tree last year with the aims to plant it once it got a bit warmer in spring. Unfortunately a lot of the growth died off and I thought I’d killed it. It’s got some new growth though but it seems to be above the graft. Will this new growth be lime? If so I’m looking at planting it this weekend!
