Lawn installation in winter

Hey all, just chasing advice or opinions around installing lawn in Perth in June. Will have the backyard ready for lawn in the next few weeks but unsure about whether or not to do it then, or wait until warmer months? Looking at Sir Grange Zoysia or TifTuf, but haven’t narrowed my choice down yet. Thanks!
