Just repotted not sure what went wrong?

Both me and my parents don’t really know much about gardening but we’ve bought a cherry and lemon tree about a year or two ago and they’ve grown significantly.

My dad repotted them while I wasn’t home. It’s been about a 4-5 days since and the plants don’t look to good.

For reference we are nearing Autumn in Victoria Australia. The pots have new soil + some mulch.

Watered them once when repotted. They get about 6-9 hours of sunlight (have always been outdoor plants).
