Is this revivable?

Hey. We had a flamingo tree in our old garden and loved it so bought one for our new build. Didn’t have anywhere to plant it in the ground so went in a planter. It’s not done well over the winter, no life in any of the branches, so stripped all the way down to this.

Is this a gonner or might it come back to life? Is there a way to revive it?

We are not green fingered!
