Is my mulberry bush ok?

Hi there. We moved onto property 7 months ago and I’m just finding time now to look after the trees etc. I noticed today that the white mulberry bush has bumps all over it. Would appreciate some tips on how to treat it if it’s something I need to get rid of. Location is Tambourine on Northern Gold Coast – we’ve had so much rain I’m not sure if that’s the cause.
