Is it St John’s Wort?

Growing on the side of the house, NW England; Google Lens says it’s St John’s wort, but it has been known to be wrong (the Lens, not the wort). It’s near a pipe draining I to the ground, do I leave it (as in it won’t erode anything) or should I try transferring it (and can it be transplanted?)
