Inherited a cactus garden. Help!

I’ve inherited this lovely succulent and fern (?) garden with a new house and need advice.

I have no idea how to look after it. Do I need to water it? Fertiliser? Pruning? I live in Victoria. It doesn’t get a heap of sun. I am hoping to plant some of the little cacti (second pic) into another empty area beside the driveway. How do I propagate them and what should I do to prepare the soil? A neighbour said the random flowering plants are ‘wild strawberries’ but I have no idea. Should I leave them or pull them out?
