If you have a particularly weak immune system, wear gloves. I want to be vague for the sake of anyone who is prone to health anxiety. Don’t stress about it, just wear gloves always. Wear a mask if there’s a LOT of dry, dusty dirt suspending through the air (imagine how it looks when a car is going down a dirt road) and don’t touch very rotted fruits and vegetables without caution.
