Identifying the trees lining this driveway

Hi, does anyone know what trees these are? They’re lining the driveway to MONA (museum of old and new art) in Hobart. They look very nice, particularly in person. They have light green leaves which look spectacular when the Sun shines through them.

If identified, are they suitable for planting near bitumen or paths i.e. are their roots known to surface and displace the ground much?
