ID my lawn please. Need help to rejuvenate it also.

This lawn has been here since I moved in and was previously pristine. It’s got a lot of weeds now. I’d like some advice on how to fix it please. Any advice is much appreciated. I know 0 about gardening. There’s pics of the lawn and the invasive grass and weeds. 🙏🏻
