Here’s how I did it: Contact your localities program that concerns public cleanup, beautification, or general maintenance. If this doesn’t work, call your targeted organization and ask to speak with the head of operations/principal/head caretaker Explain you have a bunch of plants you’d like to give away to the students to spar their interest in plants and giving them the valuable lesson of work means reward. 10/10 times someone along these steps will either point you in the right direction or directly make an appointment to drop off at their location.
