How to grow Lemon Scented Tea Tree (leptospermum petersonii)?

Hi I just have some petersonii seedling on the pot. I grow them in Korea where Summer is humid and hot and dry freezing Winter.

Main question is 1. How to water petersonii 2. Degree of cold tolererance in Winter

Currently it’s between Spring and Summer. Regularly 24 celsius on daylight and 12 celsius on nighttime.

My concern is the amount of water it could tolerate. When I tried googling some say they are dry tolerant like rosemary but some say they could benefit from moisture. I saw some where that petersonii doesn’t like too much moisture in the soil.

I’ll be using well draining soil( sanyacho/山野草/Japanese wild flower soil) and this will prevent oversaturating the soil since the materials are porous.

Also cold tolerance doesn’t seemed to be defined. Some say it could withstand up to -5 celsius.
