How should I deal with this?

Last week I was informed that I had a pretty gnarly army worm infestation. The next day I treated the whole lawn with true appropriate chemical from Bunnings.

Since then I’ve started to see a lot of regeneration but this patch of mold/fungi has popped up. What is the best thing to do about it?

*In the second photo it is hard to see because of the shadows but there are black spots scattered around.
