How many daffodil/tulip bulbs do you plant together? – Reddit Post

Got a bag of daffodils bulbs and a bag of tulip bulbs from home depot that I’m planning to plant. I’d like to get at least 2 flowering plants per thing I plant. So not sure if that means 2-3 bulbs or if I need to go higher in case some don’t make it through the winter.

Wondering since I saw advice on daffodils of 5-7 and wasn’t sure if that’s more a way people like to go or a practical matter.

Also picked up a bag of 25 allium bulbs. Not sure the right kind of spread there, but considering a space of 8-9-8 with plans to put annuals or perrenials in between them come summer.
