Help with rose!

Put in this lovely rose just before spring. It has been growing wonderfully and the first flowers had just started opening and looked great.

We then just had one night of rain and the next day things looked bad, real quick.

It looks like I have multiple issues. From moisture keeping my petals stuck together, to maybe mildew, to all kinds of insects, I’m guessing aphids?

Anyway, please help 😆😆
