HELP !! My Curry Leaf plant is sick !!

Hi good peeps.

I am in Melbourne and can anyone help me with what could be wrong with my curry leaves plant ?
( It is about 120 cm in size, in a medium pot )
I have tried spraying neem oil dilute din soap. But nothings helping 🙁
