Help Choosing a Lawnmower

Hi

We are purchasing a new build home which comes with turfing, the rear garden is 190m^2 rectangle with a cut out for the garage and a smaller turfed front garden. Part of the garden is under the canopy of a large tree so will have some leaves over the grass.

We eventually laid artificial grass in our current/old property after multiple attempts to lay and maintain grass, hence the need for a lawnmower. I think the main reason our previous grass failed with excessive leaves from backing onto woodland and a lack of effort in regularly cutting (I think due to frustration using a cheap flymo) and caring for the grass, but this time I hope to do better.

Being more tech oriented my initial instinct was to get a robot lawn mower but anything decent appears to be over £1,000 especially if you want one to mow in traditional straight lines.

Therefore, I think I have narrowed it down to the below models, any thoughts?
