Frangipani health

Hello! I have had this frangipani for years now and I’ve just started to notice these orange dots on the leaves of the tree, I’m not sure if they are some sort of bug eggs or if it is something to do with the plant.

I live in Australia and the weather as been both sunny and rainy for the past week so I haven’t watered it myself and I haven’t changed anything about the plant recently so I think it is just some sort of bug but if anyone could let me know that would be great!

(Also it’s on almost all the leaves which I thought was unusual)
