Fiddle fig trim
Hello. I have an indoor fiddle fig that is almost 7ft tall. It has 4 stems at the base, one main and 3 newish stems(?).
I’m wondering if I chop a foot or two off the top will it fill out a bit and become bushier? It’s quite stringy. Would it help improve its health?
Also, with the top half (assuming it’s fine to trim back) could I potentially grow more plants from the cuttings?
If yes, would I be better to wait until spring when it is a bit warmer to do that?
Location SEQLD.
