Eucalyptus baby blue leaves turning brown

This was doing fine through summer and showing good growth but now leaves on some branches are turning brown and falling off, including the top tip.

This is in a pot because I put it over a drainage easement where I can’t plant anything.

I’m on West Sydney and area is full sun.
